Participatory planning as an approach to support social responsibility between governmental institutions and private institutions

The study aimed to determine the level of participatory planning in governmental and private institutions working in the field of the environment, determine the level of strengthening social responsibility among governmental and private institutions working in the field of the environment, the obstacles facing the use of participatory planning in strengthening social responsibility between governmental and private institutions working in the field of the environment, and identify proposals to activate the use of Participatory planning in strengthening social responsibility between governmental and private institutions working in the field of the environment. This study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on a comprehensive social survey approach for (103) members of the community service and environmental development affairs committees in the faculties of Assiut University. As well as the comprehensive social survey approach for officials of civil society organizations working in the field of the environment in Assiut Governorate, numbering (70) individuals. The study found that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between the use of participatory planning and strengthening social responsibility among governmental and private institutions working in the field of the environment, and there are significant statistically significant differences between the responses of officials in governmental and private institutions regarding their determination of the level of participatory planning and the level of strengthening social responsibility in governmental and private institutions working in In the field of the environment, there are significant, statistically significant differences between the responses of officials in governmental and private institutions regarding their determination
