Organizational culture as a variable to achieve job Satisfaction for workers in localities A study applied to the Executive Council in Aswan Governorate

Abstract

               The study aimed to determine the level of organizational culture through the following dimensions (participation in decision-making - individual responsibility - cooperative work - creative culture - organizational values - organizational skills). It also aims to determine the level of job satisfaction, through the following dimensions (job satisfaction - the management style satisfaction - colleagues at work satisfaction - the work environment satisfaction - self-satisfaction). It also aimed to reach to a proposed planning vision for the of organizational culture development to achieve job satisfaction, This study is one of the descriptive studies, and the study also relied on the scientific method using a comprehensive social survey of the Executive Council  members of  towns and centers of Aswan Governorate, and their number (154). The study tools represented in a questionnaire for the Executive Council members, the most important results: (1) the level of organizational culture of the Executive Council members in Aswan Governorate is high.  (2) The level of job satisfaction of the Executive Council members in Aswan Governorate is high.  (3) There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture and the dimensions of job satisfaction at the level of localities of the executive councils members in Aswan Governorate.
