Abstract

The case study aimed to try to develop a proposed research map for scientific theses in social planning at Al-Azhar University - a future vision. This study belongs to the style of analytical descriptive studies to anticipate the future. The study methodology: the descriptive approach using a sample social survey. The study was applied to a sample of (30) individuals. Academic experts in the field of social planning, as well as field experts in planning social welfare services programs in some ministries and civil society organizations (group of experts). The study concluded that the most important future issues for master’s and doctoral theses in social planning were the humanitarian role of humanitarian relief committees, then excellence. institutional in the social planning bodies, as well as the efficiency and transparency of the social planning bodies, and that the future planning treatment (the variable of social planning processes) was represented in the processes of: arranging priorities for programs and services, and also the process of arranging priorities according to social groups (lower class, groups most at risk, specific groups : Women and their empowerment), and the future treatment models (the planning models variable) were: the Delphi model in future research for social planning, the scenario model, then the expert group model in future studies of social planning research, and finally the proposed procedural feedback requirements for future master’s and doctoral theses were represented in Diversity of data collection tools to include (analysis of documents and records - -
