Presidential initiatives are a recent trend in public communication at the state level regarding societal issues and events. They address several means and tools of societal communication, and various development dimensions, Through its various initiatives, the Mawaddah Project seeks to build knowledge and awareness among those about to get married, by providing them with life skills, The current study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the presidential initiative “Mawaddah” in strengthening life skills among university youth, This study belongs to the type of evaluative studies and used a comprehensive social survey approach. In collecting data, the study relied on a (measurement form) for the beneficiaries of the presidential initiative “Mawaddah”, The results of the study found that the level of effectiveness of the presidential initiative “Mawaddah” in strengthening life skills among university youth was at a high level, Through the following indicators, in order, they are the costs of the presidential initiative “Mawaddah”, followed by human relations, then the speed of the presidential initiative “Mawaddah”, and finally the time it takes for the presidential initiative “Mawaddah”.
