Estimating the Return of a Professional Intervention Program on Community Organizing in Developing Rural Leaders’ Awareness of Women’s Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Egyptian society is going through political, economic and social transformations, which requires the participation of all groups in assuming development responsibilities. Therefore, the state focuses on meeting the needs of rural women and developing their various capabilities and skills. The current study aims to achieve a main goal, which is to estimate the return of the vocational intervention program using the community organization method in developing awareness. Rural pioneers in women's entrepreneurship. By developing (the cognitive, behavioral, emotional) awareness of rural women pioneers in women’s entrepreneurship to develop the knowledge and capabilities of poor rural women towards women’s entrepreneurship. The semi-experimental approach was applied to a sample of 30 rural women leaders in the programs of the National Council for Women in Assiout Governorate. By comparing the average degrees of tribal and postgraduate applications of the program used, the results of the study found acceptance of the study hypotheses, which indicate that there are statistically significant differences between the median grades of tribal and postgraduate measurements of the experimental group in consciousness (cognitive, behavioral, and conscientious) of rural female entrepreneurs, in favor of the far-reaching application, high ratios.
