Organizational Climate and Participation in Planning Decision-Making at The Local Level

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of the organizational climate at the local level, to determine the level of participation in planning decision-making at the local level, to identify the most variables of the organizational climate that support participation in planning decision-making at the local level, to identify the difficulties facing the contributions of the organizational climate in strengthening participation in planning decision-making At the local level, ِattempt reaching a proposed executive action plan to activate the contributions of the organizational climate in strengthening participation in planning decision-making at the local level. This study is a type of descriptive studies aimed at determining the relationship between the organizational climate (as an independent variable) and participation in planning decision-making at the local level (as a dependent variable). The study relied on the use of a comprehensive social survey approach for the officials of the Executive Council in the Senbellaween Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and the officials of the Executive Council in the village of Kafr Ghanem, the Senbellaween Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and their number was (73) individuals. The tools of the study consisted of a questionnaire for officials, and the results of the study concluded that the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses were accepted, according to which there is a statistically significant direct relationship between the organizational climate and participation in planning decision-making at the local level. planning decision-making at the local level
