The current study aimed to identify the forms and types of administrative bullying on temporary employees at Assiut University, identify the factors leading to administrative bullying, identify the effects of administrative bullying on temporary employees, and develop planning mechanisms to confront the phenomenon of administrative bullying within Assiut University. The current study belongs to the descriptive studies pattern and used a social survey with a sample, and relied on a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of temporary employees at Assiut University. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the level of administrative bullying behaviors on temporary workers by colleagues (average), the level of administrative bullying behaviors on temporary workers by managers (average), the level of reasons for administrative bullying on temporary workers by managers (average), the level of mechanisms to confront administrative bullying on temporary workers at Assiut University (high), and planning mechanisms were reached to confront administrative bullying at the university, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations.
