The current study aimed to reach a planning vision to increase the effectiveness of social care services and achieve social support for the First in care groups through measuring the effectiveness of social care services and achieving social support for the most vulnerable groups, determining the level of dimensions of achieving social support for the First in care groups, determining the most effective dimensions of social care services and achieving social support for the First in care groups, determining the difficulties facing the contributions of social care services and achieving social support for the First in care groups, reaching a proposed planning vision to increase the effectiveness of social care services and achieve social support for the First in care groups, as the type of this study was determined in descriptive studies, using the social survey method with a sample of 121 indebted women and a comprehensive social survey of social specialists, 21 specialists at the Misr El Kheir Foundation, using a questionnaire form for indebted women and a questionnaire form for social specialists. The results of the study showed reaching a proposed planning vision to increase the effectiveness of social care services and achieve social support for the First in care groups.
