Evaluation of e-management in crisis management in the health sector

This study aimed to determine the role of electronic management in crisis management at Khabbash General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by achieving the following sub-objectives: 1. Determine the role of electronic planning in crisis management at Khabbash General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. Reveal the role of electronic organization in crisis management at Khabbash General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3. Know the role of electronic guidance in crisis management at Khabbash General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 4. Determine the role of electronic control in crisis management at Khabbash General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to achieve the research objectives and test the validity of the hypotheses; The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, which expresses the accurate and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied in a qualitative or quantitative numerical form. This approach does not stop at collecting information to describe the phenomenon, but rather seeks to analyze the phenomenon and reveal the relationships between its various dimensions in order to interpret it and reach conclusions that contribute to improving and developing reality. In this research, it is used to reveal the role of electronic management in crisis management in the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, applied to Khabbash General Hospital. The study reached an answer to all its hypotheses.
