Efficiency of health services performance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This study aimed to analyze and understand the role of empowering qualified health management professionals in the efficiency of health services performance in hospitals and health cluster centers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study also aims to achieve a specific goal in the local community to be studied, which is to improve the efficiency and quality of health services provided in these hospitals and health centers. The main goal is represented in the following goal: Identifying the role of empowering qualified health management professionals in the efficiency of health services performance in hospitals and health cluster centers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following sub-goals branch out from this goal: 1. Identifying the factors that affect the efficiency of health services performance provided in hospitals in the health cluster in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. 2. Identifying the types of training and development used to empower qualified health management professionals in hospitals and health centers in the health cluster in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. 3. Analysis of the impact of empowering health management professionals on the efficiency of health services performance in hospitals and health centers in the Makkah Health Cluster. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach in preparing the study, which is based on combining desk study and field study to analyze and treat the problem (case study method). The research community also included a sample of workers in hospitals and health centers in the Makkah Health Cluster hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample to be applied to will be chosen randomly. The study answered all its questions.
