This study aims to evaluate the reality of change management and its impact on improving the performance of health sector workers, especially in the Tabuk Health Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The current practices of change management in health institutions will be analyzed and the factors that affect the successful implementation of change processes will be studied. The impact of these processes on improving the performance of workers and achieving institutional goals in the health sector in the Tabuk region will also be evaluated. It also aims to provide recommendations to improve change management and improve the performance of workers in the health sector in the Tabuk region. The study concludes with practical and tangible recommendations to improve change management and enhance the improvement of the performance of workers in the health sector in the Tabuk region, based on the results and analyses that were collected and analyzed in the study. This research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as theoretical literature and previous studies were referred to in building the theoretical framework of the research and its variables. Data was also collected from individuals in the research sample through a data collection questionnaire on a sample of 350 individuals. The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between change management and improving the performance of employees in the Tabuk Health Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This result indicates a strong positive association between change management and improving the performance of employees in the Tabuk Health Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In other words, the higher the level of change management implementation, the greater the improvement in the performance of employees in the Tabuk Health Region. This result confirms the importance of good change management in improving employee performance. Thus, we accept the first main hypothesis.
