Abstract

This study aims to analyze the nature of the relationship between organizational readiness and the effectiveness of digital health transformation in hospitals in the Hail region, and to try to develop practical recommendations to enhance organizational readiness and improve the effectiveness of digital health transformation in hospitals in the Hail region. This study also seeks to provide new experimental evidence on the organizational and cultural factors affecting the readiness of hospitals for digital transformation, which can be used within the framework of existing theories and models in this field. The study can also contribute to enhancing the level of awareness and knowledge among health leaders about the importance of organizational readiness in the success of digital transformation initiatives. To achieve the research objectives and test the validity of the hypotheses, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, which expresses an accurate and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied in a qualitative or quantitative digital form. This approach does not stop at collecting information to describe the phenomenon, but rather seeks to analyze the phenomenon and reveal the relationships between its various dimensions in order to interpret it and reach conclusions that contribute to improving and developing reality. The study answered all its questions and verified the testing of all its hypotheses.
