In light of previous studies, and due to the increasing interest in the process of perceived organizational support in achieving employee satisfaction, the problem lies in the fact that previous studies did not adequately clarify the nature of the role of perceived organizational support in achieving employee satisfaction, especially in hospitals with its variables (organizational justice, organizational culture, participation in decision-making), so this study aimed to identify the impact of senior management support for implementing perceived organizational support in achieving employee satisfaction? It became clear to the researcher that the nature of this study and the goals it seeks to achieve make it depend on the appropriate approach that achieves these goals and studies the problem in a better way, so the researcher resorted to using the descriptive analytical approach, which depends on studying the problem as it is in practical reality, and is interested in describing it accurately and analyzing it quantitatively and qualitatively, and linking information about the problem, interpreting it and analyzing it in a way that leads to accurate conclusions about the problem and ways to treat it. The study answered all its questions and tested all its hypotheses.
