The study aimed to identify the level of job burnout among employees in Saudi government hospitals, by monitoring the role played by administrative training programs in reducing job burnout among employees in Saudi government hospitals, and revealing the nature of the relationship between the average responses of the study sample in determining the extent to which administrative training programs contribute to reducing job burnout. The study community consists of a sample of employees in Saudi government hospitals, applied to King Khalid Hospital in Najran at all levels, which is estimated at (1968) individuals represented by a team of doctors, nurses, administrators and specialized technicians. The study reached a set of results, and all study hypotheses were verified and tested.
