The role of the virtual group in developing new skills among youth groups

Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the role of the virtual group in developing emerging skills among youth groups, by identifying the skills that must be developed among youth groups, as it was determined in the role of the virtual group in developing the digital marketing skill among youth groups., Determining the role of the virtual group in developing the teamwork skill among youth groups, Determining the role of the virtual group in developing the electronic communication skill among youth groups, Determining the obstacles facing youth groups in using virtual groups, and reaching a proposed vision to activate the use of virtual groups in developing emerging skills among youth groups. The type of study was also determined in descriptive studies, using the social survey method with a sample of university youth at Helwan University, and their number was (378) young men, and using a questionnaire form for university youth, and a situation assessment form to determine the skills that must be developed among university youth. The results of the study showed that there are no significant differences between the responses of males and females to determine the roles of virtual groups in developing emerging skills For youth, the T-test value reached (0.799), which is not significant, and its indicators were as follows: There are no significant differences between the responses of males and females to determine the role of the virtual group in developing digital marketing skills, as the T-test value reached (1.783), which is not significant, and that there are no significant differences between the responses of males and females to determine the role of the virtual group in developing the teamwork skill, as the T-test value reached (0.402), which is not significant. There are no significant differences between the responses of males and females to determine the role of the virtual group in developing the electronic communication skill, as the T-test value reached (0.237), which is not significant, then reaching proposals to activate the role of the virtual group in developing the emerging skills of youth.
