Abstract

The study aims to achieve a main objective, which is "Testing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using the general practice of social work in developing social adaptation skills for children in care institutions." From this objective, a set of sub-objectives emerges, which are testing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using the general practice of social work in developing teamwork skills for children in care institutions. Testing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using general social work practice in developing problem-solving skills for children in care institutions. Testing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using the general practice of social work in developing problem-solving skills for children in care institutions. Testing the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using the general practice of social work in developing the problem-solving skill for children in care institutions. Main hypothesis: There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the use of a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and the development of social adaptation skills for children in care institutions. The validity of the main hypothesis is verified by testing the following sub-hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences between using a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and developing the teamwork skills of children in care institutions (cooperation - integration - encouragement).There are statistically significant differences between the use of a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and the development of teamwork skills for children in care institutions (cooperation, integration, encouragement). There are statistically significant differences between using a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and developing problem-solving skills for children in care institutions (problem identification - solution selection - decision making).There are statistically significant differences between using a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and developing problem-solving skills for children in care institutions (problem identification, solution selection, decision-making). There are statistically significant differences between using a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and developing effective communication skills for children in care institutions (listening - fluency - receiving feedback).There are statistically significant differences between the use of a professional intervention program from the perspective of general social work practice and the development of effective communication skills for children in care institutions (listening - fluency - receiving feedback). The study reached, through the pre- and post-measurement of the study sample (the experimental group), to achieve the main hypothesis of the study, and sub hypothesis.
