Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level and dimensions of organizational health in the Egyptian governmental universities and ways to improve them
from the view point of staff members in Helwan, Ain Shams and Cairo Universities.
The study was considered a descriptive / analytical study, and it was guided by the social survey method. Data was collected using a scale that was distributed and collected by hand on a deliberately stratified sample of 125 from some staff members in the universities. One of the most important results of the study was that the level of availability of organizational health dimensions in Egyptian governmental universities from the point of view of faculty members as a whole was high. At the end of the study, a number of recommendations were presented that could contribute to improve the organizational health dimensions of the Egyptian governmental universities.
