Strategic Planning Practice and Social Responsibility Achivement in youth Centers

The study aimed to identify the influential relationship between strategic planning and achieving social responsibility in youth centers, by determining the level of implementation of social responsibility activities by youth centers, determining the level of practice of strategic planning by youth centers, and determining the correlation between social responsibility activities provided by youth centers, The study belongs to the descriptive studies pattern, as it relied on a comprehensive social survey of all members of the Board of Directors and employees of both Al-Haramain Youth Center and Abu-Qir Youth Center in the Montazah Administration in Alexandria Governorate, The study population amounted to (107) individuals. The data were collected using a questionnaire form, The results of the study showed a moderate positive correlation between awareness of the concept of social responsibility and the role of youth centers in achieving social responsibility, It also showed a weak positive correlation between awareness of the concept of social responsibility and the role of youth centers in achieving social responsibility towards the environment and towards society, and a moderate positive relationship between awareness of the concept of social responsibility and the role of youth centers in achieving social responsibility towards their members,It also showed a moderate positive correlation between practicing strategic planning and achieving social responsibility in youth centers, The study proposed a proposed vision for the role of strategic planning in implementing Social responsibility activities in youth centers.
