Abstract

The current study targeted The current study aimed to determine the role of group programs in developing electronic volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent by determining the role of group programs in developing the skill (community participation - social innovation skill - cooperative work skill - crisis management skill in the Egyptian Red Crescent), and determining the role of the social specialist in group programs and developing electronic volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent, and determining the obstacles facing group programs and preventing the development of electronic volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent, and determining the proposals that work to reduce the obstacles that prevent the development of electronic volunteer work skills in the Egyptian Red Crescent, as the type of this study is determined in descriptive studies, using the comprehensive social survey method for social specialists in the Egyptian Red Crescent and their number in the centers of Assiut Governorate and their number is 39 social specialists and the comprehensive social survey of young volunteers in the Egyptian Red Crescent Society and their number is 121 volunteers.
