Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the medical referral program on beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A set of sub-objectives emerge from this goal: identifying the role of ease of procedures in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital, determining the role of speed of procedures in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital, revealing the role of quality of communication and coordination between care providers in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital, determining the role of providing information and its clarity in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital, identifying the role of integrating the referral system with the health system in achieving beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital. This study is considered a descriptive study and used the descriptive approach. This study answered all its hypotheses, and the strengths and weaknesses of the program were identified and recommendations were made to improve its effectiveness, which contributes to raising the level of satisfaction and general satisfaction of the beneficiaries. The study proved the existence of an impact of the medical referral program on beneficiary satisfaction in the new Najran General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
