Training is an important part of developing human resources and improving the performance of workers in all fields, including the health sector, as training directly affects the enhancement of the individual's technical skills and knowledge, and the development of his behavioral and professional capabilities. According to statistics, and in light of the continuous development of the health sector and the increasing challenges it faces, continuous training is considered an essential tool for developing the behavioral competencies of workers in this sector. Behavioral competencies include a set of skills and attitudes that help workers deal effectively with patients and society. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the role of continuous training in developing the behavioral competencies of workers at King Fahd Hospital, and to determine how to apply this role effectively at King Fahd Hospital. This study also aimed to clarify the role of continuous training in developing the behavioral competencies of workers at King Fahd Hospital. The study also aimed to determine the level of development of behavioral competencies of workers at King Fahd Hospital, and to determine the extent of application of continuous training at King Fahd Hospital. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon; Which is based on combining the office study and the field study to analyze and treat the problem. The research community includes a sample of workers in King Fahd Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample to be applied to will be chosen randomly, according to the size of the research community, which amounts to (1000) workers from the medical and nursing staff in King Fahd Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample size was determined in light of using the sample size determination equation, and the sample size was estimated at 350. The study tested all its hypotheses.
