Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of agile human resources management in improving the performance of employees in the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Jazan region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon; which expresses the accurate and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied in a qualitative or quantitative numerical form. The study community is the group of elements or individuals that are the focus of interest in a specific study. In other words, it is all the elements related to the research problem. The study community consists of all employees in hospitals under the management of the General Directorate of Health in Jazan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, numbering (14,000) employees divided as follows (Doctors: 1,200, Nurses: 5,000, Health Technicians: 3,000, Administrative Employees: 4,800). The sample was selected randomly from the study community, and a simple random sample consisting of 350 beneficiaries was selected from the study community.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant moral effect between lean human resources management and improving the performance of employees in the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Jazan Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study also concluded that the effects of lean human resources management on improving the performance of employees in the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Jazan Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia do not differ according to demographic characteristics.
