Abstract

The current study aimed to achieve a main goal: "Measuring the level of efficiency of human resources in achieving organizational digitization in community organizing agencies", as this study belongs to the pattern of analytical evaluation studies and seeks to evaluate using one of the evaluation indicators, which is the efficiency index, as it seeks to measure the efficiency of human resources in achieving organizational digitization in community organization agencies, and the study used the social survey method in selecting the research sample, where the study was applied to a sample of employees in the Directorate of Social Solidarity numbering (100) single, in line with With the type of study, the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the study reached the following results: The importance of enhancing the efficiency of the human resource in all its dimensions (knowledge, skills, experiences, creativity) to achieve effective organizational digitization, which contributes to the development of the institution's performance and increase its effectiveness in providing digital services.
