Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative empowerment on enhancing ethical behavior of employees in hospitals in the Northern Borders Region. This objective has the following sub-objectives: - Identify the impact of administrative empowerment dimensions on enhancing normative behavior of employees in hospitals in the Northern Borders Region. - Determine the impact of administrative empowerment dimensions on enhancing the ethical behavior of employees in hospitals in the Northern Borders Region. - Determine the impact of demographic characteristics of employees on their attitudes towards administrative empowerment and ethical behavior. The descriptive-analytical approach was used in this study, which is an approach that focuses on describing the phenomenon quantitatively and qualitatively as it is in reality. In the applied study, the researcher uses the survey method among employees in the government health sector in the Northern Borders Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study tested all its hypotheses.
