The current study aimed to identify the impact of healthy and social lifestyles on Saudi and Chinese societies from the perspective of employees at the Riyadh Chinese Medical Center. The research population and sample consisted of (32) individuals, including doctors, nursing staff, managers, and department heads. A descriptive analytical approach used, and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The study reached the following results: Employees at the medical center recognized the positive impact of health and social lifestyles on Saudi society, as adopting these lifestyles shown to improve quality of life and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Increased awareness in Saudi society of the importance of healthy habits, such as exercise and proper nutrition, promotes a sustainable health environment. In Chinese society, a healthy lifestyle has contributed to increased productivity and strengthened China's position as a global power, with implications for economic and social performance. The Chinese government's support for traditional medicine has contributed to alleviating pressure on health services and improving the quality of healthcare. The younger generations' increased awareness of public health reflects a cultural shift toward healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. The study recommended the need to enhance community awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, establish supportive environmental policies, to develop regular screening and early intervention programs to reduce the spread of diseases, and integrate health concepts into school curricula and support research in this field.
