Mechanisms for building the capacity of applying transparency to institutions and NGOs in the light of electronic governance

Abstract

     E-governance has become of great importance in all sectors of public and private society. The importance of the role entrusted to government organizations in achieving democracy and the desired development in society comes through raising awareness and influencing public policies to reach a democratic society in accordance with the principles of electronic governance and this change in the political and economic climate. And the social through which governmental organizations are active and the increasing role assigned to them at this stage requires reforming the social and legislative system for these organizations and achieving their independence as governmental organizations and as part of civil society. Democracy and the promotion of transparency and integrity, and this research aims to describe the mechanisms of building the capacity of the application of transparency for institutions and NGOs in the light of electronic governance and to shed light on the mechanisms of building the capacity of the application of transparency in non-governmental organizations, including special mechanisms for training, empowerment and networking.
