Abstract

The researcher seeks to achieve the following primary objective: To evaluate the role of inspirational leadership in enhancing the creative abilities of employees at Abu Ajram General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following sub-objectives are presented by the researcher: To identify the role of inspirational vision in enhancing the creative abilities of employees at Abu Ajram General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify the role of inspirational initiatives in enhancing the creative abilities of employees at Abu Ajram General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the research objectives and test the validity of the hypotheses, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, which expresses an accurate and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied, whether qualitatively or quantitatively. This approach does not stop at collecting information to describe the phenomenon, but rather seeks to analyze the phenomenon and uncover the relationships between its various dimensions in order to interpret it and reach conclusions that contribute to improving and developing reality. In this research, it is used to reveal the role of inspirational leadership in enhancing the creative abilities of employees at Abu Ajram General Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study tested all of its hypotheses.
