Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of systemic thinking among leaders in achieving organizational creativity among employees in Makkah hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also aimed to reveal the role of future thinking among leaders in achieving organizational creativity among employees in Makkah hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also aimed to identify the role of conceptual thinking among leaders in achieving organizational creativity among employees in Makkah hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which expresses a precise and detailed description of the social phenomenon to be studied in qualitative or quantitative numerical form. This approach does not stop at collecting information to describe the phenomenon, but rather relies on analyzing the phenomenon and uncovering the relationships between its various dimensions in order to interpret it and reach conclusions that contribute to improving and developing reality. The study tested all its hypotheses and demonstrated that the arithmetic mean for each of the dimensions (systematic thinking, future thinking, and conceptual thinking) differed significantly, indicating that the level of systemic thinking, future thinking, and conceptual thinking in Makkah hospitals is significantly high. This indicates that Makkah hospitals possess highly effective strategic thinking and are able to use it to improve the quality of healthcare they provide.
