Professional competencies for case worker and achieving total quality in educational institutions

Abstract

               The study aimed to identify the professional competencies of the case worker and achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions. It is a descriptive study that was applied to (65) social specialists working in secondary schools in Dakahlia Governorate using the social survey method with a sample. The results of the study concluded that there is a set of professional competencies that must be available to the case worker specialist to achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions, represented by competencies (cognitive, skill and value), in addition to a set of obstacles that he faces during his work, as well as setting a set of proposals that help to for case worker achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions.
