The study aimed to identify the professional competencies of the case worker and achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions. It is a descriptive study that was applied to (65) social specialists working in secondary schools in Dakahlia Governorate using the social survey method with a sample. The results of the study concluded that there is a set of professional competencies that must be available to thecase worker specialist to achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions, represented by competencies (cognitive, skill and value), in addition to a set of obstacles that he faces during his work, as well as setting a set of proposals that help to for case worker achieve comprehensive quality in educational institutions.
