Digital leadership as a mechanism for achieving institutional excellence at the Ministry of Social Solidarity

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of digital leadership practice in the Ministry of Social Solidarity, determine the level of institutional excellence in the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and determine the relationship between the application of digital leadership and achieving institutional excellence in the Ministry of Social Solidarity, arriving at a set of proposed planning mechanisms to activate the role of digital leadership in achieving institutional excellence in the Ministry of Social Solidarity. This study is a descriptive study, and the study relied on the scientific approach using the social survey method with the available sample "the sample facilitated by the researcher" for employees in the Ministry of Social Solidarity, numbering (135) individuals. The study tool was an electronic questionnaire for employees. The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between digital leadership and achieving institutional excellence in the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The results of the study also concluded that there are no fundamental differences with statistical significance between the responses of employees in the Ministry of Social Solidarity regarding their determination of the level of digital leadership according to the following variables (gender, age, years of experience, educational qualification).
